How to Export Settlements Data

Exporting settlement data can be as simple as two clicks or as sophisticated as filtering to a specific set of transactions. Let's take a look.

General Navigation:

  1. Log into your Pay Theory account and navigate over to the the tab titled “Settlements Data.”

  2. By default, this page displays 10 settlements at a time.

    1. You can increase the number of visible payments with the “Results per Page” drop-down menu.

    2. In addition, you can paginate between result pages by using the arrows next to the drop-down menu.


Exporting All Visible Data:

  1. To export all of the data visibler on the screen, select the top-most checkbox on the left-hand side of the table header. 

    1. This will select every settlement.

    2. You can also manually select settlements by tapping their corresponding checkbox.

  2. Once you have checked this box, select the “Export CSV” button by the “Filters” button.

  3. This will generate and download a CSV file to your computer


Exporting Specific Data:

  1. If you want to export a specific set of settlements data (for example, all settlements within one week), you can do so by using the filters button.

  2. This brings up a side-sheet on the left-hand side that will allow you to narrow down the results based on various information.

    1. You can use a combination of filters to find a specific set of settlement data.

    2. To clear the filters and start over at any time, select the “Reset Filters” button at the bottom of the sidesheet.

  3. Once you have selected the data you would like to export, select the “Export CSV” button by the “Filters” button.

  4. This generates and downloads a CSV file to your computer.
