How to Access Your Merchant Portal

Introduction:

Here’s how you can find your Pay Theory account:

1. Go to https://start.merchant.dashboard.paytheory.com/

2. Sign into your account using your username and password.

3. You will be directed to the “Payments” homepage.

4. If you do not remember your password, select the “Forgot your password?” option below the login fields.

   1. This will direct you to a second page prompting you to put your email address into a text field.

   2. Select the “Send Code” button, and Pay Theory will send an email with a code to the provided address.
